Hi! My name is Bethany Guthrie, and I have been an animal lover my entire life. As a child, I was always bringing home strays, sick, or injured animals. I made my parents crazy! At 16, I got my first job . . . . kennel duty at an animal hospital. After graduating high school, I began working full-time as a Veterinary Technician, which I did until I got married and had children. After almost 10 years of being a full-time stay-at-home Mom, I started working again part-time at an Emergency Animal Clinic, which I am doing currently. I still drive even my husband crazy when I bring home more strays!
While we have had different breeds of dogs over the years, we had always wanted a Shih Tzu. Finally, we got one . . . . then another . . . . and another . . . . and so on. They are so sweet, loving, and playful. They are excellent with children, which is a must for us. Our Shih
